45 sec plank

15 sit-ups

20 crunches

25 mountain climbers (each side)

55 second plank

25 bicycles (each side)

25 sit-ups

30 crunches

25 Russian twists (each side)

60 sec plank

30 jumping jacks
Feel free to change the amount of reps to suit your fitness level! I suggest doing this once a day 6 days a week for best results! Hope this helps💋💪🏼
