This is just the beginning ab workout! You'll see results in 3-4 weeks. Healthy eating is really the main thing that helps weight loss, now I'm not saying go on a diet or anything but eat 2-3 servings of fresh fruit daily, eat 3-4 cups of vegetables daily, and drink 8-12 glasses of water a day I know it might seem hard but there's ways you can make healthy eating fun! You can eat cauliflower and make a healthy pizza with it, you can make soup with your vegetables and add spices, you can make carrot pancakes without flour, you can add fruit to your water to make it taste better!
