if there is no pain, there will be no gain ✌️ working out does help ... trust me ➡️

cardio is essential so go out for a run for about 20 minutes ... if you don't have a change then try to find other ways to warm up before starting 😄

single-leg hip raise : 50 each leg ✋ rest for 10 seconds between each leg

squat with kickback : 50 rest for 15 seconds and then other 50

plie for 1:00 minute if possible 💦

squats : 100 👑

lunges : 50 each leg 😈

sumo squats : 50 ✨
