Dont work put if you pain is higher than a 4/5 (remember thats if you have chronic pain/joint damage)

Pick the set (at home) or swimming (home or other)
Swimming is best on days of soreness/flareups
Repeat all days except yoga days

Bend only as much as you can
Do as many rounds as you can (6 max) if you can only do 2 or 4 thats okay. Youll build mobility.

My personal condition
I made the little posters myself 🤗
But I took predizone and gained 30 lbs in 2 months. Ive been off it for 1 month now and ive been losing 3-5 lbs a week.
Part of that is because I was in fact taking predizone, a steroid, that caused me to be hungry constantly and over eat, and how i am back to eating normal and healthy amounts of food.
But this also helps with joint mobility.
