Meal Plan For A Mud Run

Before a mud run I assure my body is fuel, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Egg whites with chives & tomatoes in the morning, for lunch a spinach, banana , raspberry , blueberry and peach smoothie and for dinner , salmon with broccoli.
