Refreshing Morning Smoothie

A perfect way to start the day, pair with wholemeal toast for a healthy and tasty breakfast
Ingredients
-2 tbsp raspberry yoghurt
-handful of strawberries, chopped to equal sizes
-handful of blueberries
-1 banana, chopped
-milk, for thinning
Its not rocket science, just add all your ingredients into the blender (with a little milk). Blend more milk in to your preferred consistency
Keep it in the fridge and drink in the morning to get a quick fix and get 4 out of your 5 a day!
