30 mountain climbers
20 Fire Hydrants (per leg)
25 crunches
20 bicycle crunches
10 v-ups
25 squats

Fire hydrant

Proper squats

Bicycle crunches

V-ups

Push-ups

Incline push-ups

Modified push-ups

Repeat yoga portion after the exercise list has been completed.
