Super easy at-home workouts for rainy or lazy days (or if you just hate the gym)...








Try Chair Lifts to workout your biceps and triceps. To do, lower yourself in front of a chair with palms gripping the seat and feet on the floor. Slowly lower yourself towards the floor for a count of six and back up. Repeat ten times.


...Or if regular push-ups are too much, try couch push-ups.
