When eating with the tv on you take in about 40% more calories because you consume more when your not paying attention to what your eating. So watch how much you eat and resize how much food you eat.

Step on the scale daily
It's important to step on the scale daily because if you see each time you weigh yourself you are a different weight, then you might want to cut back on the foods your eating and go for a jog. But just so you know you are lighter in the morning than you are at night.
