There's hundreds of ways to lose weight, a lot of them is exercise, but that builds muscle which adds weight.. And most average people don't have 'dandelion root tea bags' or 'grape fruit' lying around in there house(: so i'll help you!!

First heres two drinks some of use might have!!
Cinnamon and Honey!! Great way to lose weight!! Recipe: Two teaspoons of Cinnamon One tablespoon of Honey One cup of boiled water When to drink it? In the morning (preferably empty stomach) Before each meal And before you go to bed Drink as long as you desire it's a healthy way to lose wight!
Green tea๐Ÿ’ My go to most disgusting thing I'll ever drink to lose weight, But just follow to recipe and it'll start tasting good Recipe: Green tea bag One cup boiled water Two teaspoons of Honey Drink three times a day!!
Face it you DO need exercise ๐Ÿ’ So take some colourful sticky notes and right down daily exercises!! Want a nice bum? Add squats, abs? Crunches and Leg raises! Just remember to add the green tea and cinnamon as well, random numbers!!! Put them in a jar and pick one out EVERYDAY!!!
