Water and...

WATER!

This will help cleanse your body and get rid of toxins and help burn fat as it won't be getting energy from anywhere else so it'll use your fat to create energy

Also exercise for maximum weight lose and to tone body.

It's hard during the first couple of days but just endure through them and don't give up and it'll be easier once you're past those first few days
