My Simple And Cheap Way To Lose Weight But Also Look And Feel Better 😊

I recently had some health problems and decided to start eating better and losing weight. 
I start my morning with a fruit smoothie for breakfast πŸ‘ I mix and match but mostly use apple, cucumber, oranges and a bit of vitamin fruit juice (or cold green tea) and just chuck it in the blender 😊 mmmm!

Between my breakfast smoothie and my lunch smoothie I'll have a snack , something with 100 calories or less. 
I'll also do this between my lunch smoothie and my dinner. 
For example , a peice of cheese or a packet of raisins. ☺️

Now it's lunchtime! For lunch I'll have a thicker type of smoothie, something a bit more filling 😊 
I'll usually have fat free Greek yogurt, a banana and strawberries, or even a bit of low fat milk.

For dinner it's just something healthy with some protein such as chicken or lean red meat with vegetables.

I have to tell you how healthy I feel after doing this! 
My waistline is shrinking but my energy and mood is increased! πŸ˜ƒ
