Four (16.9 fl. oz.) water bottles equal eight cup of water, so drink at least eight cups of water everyday. NO soda or juices. Juices have the same amount of sugar as a soda does.

Try not to eat candy, cookies, chips, or anything similar. If you feel like eating something sweet just eat granola bars, or (my favorite) cereal bars. And instead of chips get vegetable chips; they are a healthier choice.

NO FAST FOOD. If you want to eat fast food, at least once or twice a month.

EAT VEGETABLES & FRUITS. If you hate salads, make and salad and add fruits to it, it will make it have a sweet flavor.
