Oatmeal fills you up and is super healthy. ( if you skip the spoonfuls of brown sugar)

Nuts. Trail mix is good too but opt for one with yogurt chips instead of chocolate. Especially almonds are good.

Smoothies are extremely healthy. Use yogurt instead of ice cream to make it especially healthy.

Salmon. All fish is good but salmon especially.
