To lazy to get up and lose weight? While this is the lazy way to lose weight
All you need is ground cinnamon and honey
Boil hot water
Put 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Into a cup of boiled water
Wait for cup to cool down
When the cup is cooled
Add 2 teaspoons of honey
(Any kind of honey will do)
And drink
