Breakfast: muesli cereal with fat free Greek yoghurt or semi skimmed milk| toast with jam/fruit layered ontop| smoothie
Lunch: healthy sandwich (chicken and mayo ect)| salad | fruit | pasta with low fat sauce
Dinner: meat source(ie chicken),vegetables| low fat lasagne| pasta | salad&chicken
Snacks: fruit(not banana) Greek yoghurt, vegetables, smoothies, crackers&cheese/spreads
