Count calories for 1 week.

-most people have no idea how many they consume a day.
-don't get addicted to counting calories though because you will stop listening to your body and will soon only go by what the calories say.

For the week you count calories... Aim between 1200 - 1800 a day. Calorie guideline to help for the first day: Breakfast: 400 calories Snack: 150 Lunch: 400 Snack: 150 Supper: 300 Drink only water, tea or black coffee.
If you continue to count calories, stay in tune with your body. Don't eat only because you have free calories left and Eat if you are hungry but out of calories. Don't let the calories take over. When your body says "I'm full" or "I'm hungry" listen to that... Not by how many calories are left.
