Lose weight without even trying.

Keep active every day.
-walk to work, go for jogs, play tag with the kids, walk the dog, play the wii, go shopping with friends, bike, sweep/mop, wash all the walls/wash all the windows, mow the lawn, do a 30 second plank upon waking, do 30 squats before bed
Make exercise part of your life.

Drink water every single day!
-have a glass of water with lemon as soon as you wake up
-have water before every meal
-have water before bed
-drink water when you crave something.
-aim for at least 6 glasses of water a day!

No snacking mindlessly.
-Stick to only 2 snacks a day

For the week you count calories...
Aim between 1200 - 1800 a day.
Calorie guideline to help for the first day:
Breakfast: 400 calories
Snack: 150
Lunch: 400
Snack: 150
Supper: 300
Drink only water, tea or black coffee.
If you continue to count calories, stay in tune with your body.
Don't eat only because you have free calories left and Eat if you are hungry but out of calories.
Don't let the calories take over.
When your body says "I'm full" or "I'm hungry" listen to that... Not by how many calories are left.

Sleep 8 hours a night!

Say no to junk-food.
-fruit if you want something sweet
-dry edamame if you want something salty and crunchy
-plain yogurt with stevia and cinnamon if you want ice cream
-fresh veggies if you want chips
-squeezed lemon in sparkling water if you want a soda
-baked sweet potatoes instead of fries
