switch your mind and lose weight!

First you have to switch your mind, you can't lose weight healthy and for a long period when you are only focused on losing weight fast. so switch your mind and lose weight healthy!
here some tips, take it to your heart :)
stay hydrated
keep staying hydrated and drink lots of water throughout the day. drink 2-3 liters of water or tea (but don't use sugar in your tea)
green tea
drink 2-3 cups tea a day
eat healthy
much salad in many Variations, eat chicken, low carb in the
evening
vegetables
eat much of them for snacks threw the day instead of much calories. (broccoli, cucumber, tomatos)
not too much fruits because of the fruit sugar!
cinnamon!
cinnamon is healthy and stops fat to sit down in your body, a half tea spoon a day is enough, put it in your tea or on
an apple, yummy
exercise
everyday! train your muscles everday a little bit, there are so much challenges that make you feel soooo good c:
dont give up
when you give up, you don't even have the chance to feel ever good in your body. take photos of your body before starting dieting and see results
take all 10 days a photo and smile about it :P
SO: NEVER GIVE UP
you won't feel better by giving up neither you will change anything to feel better at all. so never give up i won't either!

and put a motivation pic for motivating you all the day :) go make your dreambody!!
